6\+ months of recent charge/relief charge RN experience strongly preferred. 2 \+ years of inpatient, med/surg and cardiac telemetry experience strongly preferred. Summary: 16 bed unit comprised of both cardiac procedural step down and med surge level of care patients. Focusing primarily on post procedure patients staying overnight form cardiac cath lab, electrophysiology, interventional radiology, bronchoscopy and GI. Additionally, we recover cardiac post procedure patients from sedation and anesthesia as well as admit patients for initiation of anti\-dysrhythmia medication. Provides direct patient care at a proficient level, in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice with the policies, values, and mission of the organization.
