Wells Fargo is back in the office collaborating for fabulous outcomes! This role is in the office three days a week and work from home two days a week. Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Information Security Analyst to help strengthen and evolve Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations. We're looking for a proven IAM professional who understands how identity data moves across systems and the downstream impact it has on access, controls, compliance, and risk. This role focuses on IAM data hygiene, entitlement governance, process optimization, and controls. Success requires someone who can identify gaps, improve data quality, strengthen operational processes, and partner across teams to drive lasting improvements.
