**Job Summary** Hands\-on position responsible for the financial functions of two companies including treasury, accounts payable, accounts receivable (AIA’s), payroll, general ledger, fixed assets, revenue recognition, and financial statement preparation. Prepare required quarterly and annual regulatory filings. Provide information to external CPA for quarterly income tax estimates. Manage the financial system (Sage 50\) including activities such as year\-end open/close, software updates/upgrades, and annual renewals. In some cases, work in tandem with external IT support group. Prepare monthly Percent Complete revenue adjustments based on input from staff. Lead the risk management renewal and billing process. Prepare schedules for annual insurance premium audit and communicate results. Oversee SIMPLE IRA benefit plan administration. Prepare schedules for annual business license filings. Create reports for cost certification audits as required by specific projects and work with external CPA. Perform certified payroll reporting as required by specific jobs.
