Alternate Home Health Administrator — Part\-Time Startup Position Healing and Helping Home Care LLC d/b/a Healing and Helping Home Health Indianapolis, Indiana Pay: $30–$40 per hour, based on qualifications and experience Schedule: Approximately 20–25 hours per week during the startup phase Position Type: Part\-time Position Summary Healing and Helping Home Health is seeking an experienced and dependable Alternate Home Health Administrator to assist with establishing and overseeing our skilled home health agency in Indianapolis. This is a hands\-on leadership position for someone who understands home health administration, regulatory compliance, personnel management and startup operations. The Alternate Administrator will support the primary Home Health Administrator and assume administrative responsibilities when the primary Administrator is unavailable.
