Clinical Research Manager **Clinical Research Philadelphia** · Full\-time · Clinical Research Philadelphia is hiring a Clinical Research Manager to lead our coordinator team and keep our studies running on time, on protocol, and inspection\-ready. This role is for someone who has done the coordinator job themselves and has since led a team. What you'll do * Supervise, train, and schedule Clinical Research Coordinators across active studies * Oversee study start\-up, enrollment, visit conduct, and close\-out * Ensure compliance with protocols, ICH\-GCP, FDA regulations, and SOPs * Serve as the main site contact for sponsors, CROs, and monitors * Prepare for and lead monitoring visits and audits; drive corrective actions * Track enrollment and site performance and report to leadership Required qualifications (all mandatory — applications without these will not be considered) * **Prior experience working as a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC)** * **At least 5 years of total clinical research experience** * **At least 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role** Preferred qualifications * Bachelor's degree in a life science, nursing, or related field * CCRC, CCRP, or s...
