**Job Description** ------------------- ***Join Hilo Benioff Medical Center and be part of a team that proudly cares for our friends, family, and neighbors across East Hawaiʻi.*** **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for adult and geriatric patients, including medication administration, treatments, and discharge teaching. * Monitor and document patient conditions, responses to treatment, and ongoing physical and psychosocial assessments. * Coordinate patient care with physicians, nursing staff, and other hospital departments to ensure continuity and quality of care. * Provide patient and family education regarding disease processes, medications, treatments, and follow\-up care. * Maintain a safe, clean, and patient\-centered environment while adhering to infection control, safety, and quality assurance standards. * Serve as a team leader or Charge Nurse as assigned, assisting with staffing coordination, delegation of duties, and mentoring team members. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:** **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:** To qualify, you must meet **all** of the following requirements.
