**Division:** Workforce Development **Reports to:** TERO Director **Worksite:** TERO Office **LLBO Status:** Non\-Exempt **Safety Sensitive:** No **License/Certification Requirements:** Must have a valid MN driver's license, current insurance and reliable transportation. **Summary****:** Ensure covered employers meet TERO Ordinance reporting requirements, monitor construction projects for compliance and safety, and coordinate worker referrals through the TERO Office. **Education Requirements and Experience:** High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (G.E.D) preferred. Two years formal post\-secondary education is preferred. Minimum of two years' experience in Compliance is preferred. **Additional Qualifications and Skills:** Must have knowledge of employment rights, labor laws and manpower training. Knowledge of investigative techniques, objectives and ability to extract and discover information with initiative is required. Be self\-motivated, responsible and dependable. Must have good oral and written communication and customer service skills.
