**General Function** -------------------- The Instructional Support Specialist \- Continuing Education provides comprehensive instructional, operational, and administrative support for the Continuing Education Division. This position serves as a key resource to the Associate Dean of Customized Industry Training \& Apprenticeships and the Director of Continuing Education Transportation \& Manufacturing Programs, faculty, and students by coordinating course offerings, processing section requests, maintaining instructional records, supporting enrollment management, and facilitating the effective delivery of workforce and community education programs. The Instructional Support Specialist exercises independent judgment in coordinating instructional operations, ensuring compliance with college and state requirements, maintaining accurate records, and supporting strategic initiatives within the division.
