PawHaus Resort is a dog\-first luxury resort on 30 lakefront acres on Lake Livingston in Goodrich, Texas. We have 12 ÖÖD Mirror Houses with private yards, two with wood\-fired hot tubs, plus a pool, dog park, private dog run, grooming salon, and spa. Guests bring their dogs almost everywhere on property, and the whole place is built around that. We open in January 2027\. The role You run the front desk on our busiest nights. You’ll check in late arrivals, answer guests by phone and text, and close the building at night. You report to our Customer Service Manager. What you’ll do * Check in evening arrivals and walk guests through their stay * Answer calls, texts, and Cloudbeds messages (AI handles the routine questions, you handle the rest) * Ring up the camp store and sell PawHaus Club memberships, upgrades, and add\-ons * Collect play area waivers and dog paperwork * Close the lobby, retail, and play area * Keep quiet hours from 10p and handle whatever comes up after dark * Hand off to our overnight team at midnight with clear notes What you don’t own Maintenance, housekeeping, and dog care each have their own team.
