The Sales Operations Manager – Wolfspeed Materials role is focused primarily on sales organization initiatives related to Wolfspeed’s forecasting tool analytics/reporting, demand planning accuracy, and sales administration including revenue projections. This candidate will be a hands\-on sales operations leader, must be able to work collaboratively, and be a relentless problem\-solver. A love for data and analytics is required, and a high attention to detail is essential to being successful in this role. The role reports directly to Wolfspeed Materials, Senior Director of Global Sales. The Day\-to\-Day: * Develop dashboards and reporting designed to efficiently provide Wolfspeed leadership with the insights needed to manage and improve sales and demand planning accuracy * Manage sales modeling and demand planning/capacity justification for varying near, mid and long\-term LRP preparation. * Manage and communicate the natural movements of sales demand and capacity to maximize operational efficiencies while achieving financial objectives * Assist planning with the preparation of the demand review meeting including managing revenue projections for the planning sales cycle. * Monitor a...
