We’re looking for a motivated, hands\-on **General Manager** to lead the opening and day\-to\-day operations of our escape room location. We’re looking for someone who understands that great operations and great numbers go hand in hand. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing people while also taking ownership of sales, labor, expenses, and overall location performance. What You’ll Be Responsible For * Lead the day\-to\-day operations of the entire location * Recruit, hire, train, and develop a strong team * Build a positive, accountable, sales\-focused team culture * Create schedules based on business needs while closely managing **labor costs and productivity** * Monitor sales, payroll, expenses, and other key financial metrics * Review location performance regularly and identify opportunities to improve profitability * Set expectations and hold team members accountable for performance * Train employees on guest service, sales, upselling, operational procedures, and safety * Develop supervisors and team leads who can effectively run shifts * Ensure escape rooms, lobby areas, restrooms, and other guest\-facing spaces are maintained to a high standard * Manage inventory, purcha...
