**Job Summary** We're a growing company looking for one dedicated, results\-driven creative marketer to own our paid social advertising from start to finish. This role combines three disciplines: producing short\-form video and ad creative, running and optimizing lead\-generation ad campaigns, and managing the overall quality and consistency of our social media presence. If you're someone who measures your work by the leads it produces, not just by how good it looks, we'd like to meet you. You'll report directly to the owner and work closely with them to develop advertising and social media strategy, then execute it. Your core responsibilities will include creating video ads, static ad creatives, and UGC\-style content that is on brand and tells a compelling story to our prospects; using AI tools to generate a high volume of hooks, scripts, and creative variations for continuous testing; building, launching, and managing paid campaigns, primarily on Meta, \& Google optimizing them based on performance data; reporting on results and recommending what to scale, adjust, or cut; and regularly auditing our social media profiles and content to ensure everything reflects our brand and mes...
