**Job Description** Manage subcontracts, procurement of materials, and services with program schedules and government specifications. Manage a team of SCAs and Buyers focused on service type subcontracts, procurement of ad\-hoc material, and supports the overall operation of the facility. Manage assigned team to established metrics and KPIs. Support major proposal efforts from inception to closure. Oversee direct reports located in multiple geographical areas. Engage in a high degree of collaboration and communication with engineering, program managers, finance, human resources, manufacturing, compliance managers, the end customer, and other supply chain departments. Support Purchasing organization as necessitated. Review and approve all subcontracts and purchase orders in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FARs and DFARs) and company policies. **Required Education, Experience, \& Skills** Bachelor's Degree and 10\+ years of experience or equivalent experience Experience in managing and executing major subcontracts and facilities purchase orders to support operations Comprehensive understanding of subcontractor solicitations and bid analysis/process Knowledge of FAR a...
