**Kitchen Operations Floor Supervisor (FT)****MODERN MATURITY CENTER \- DOVER, DE****Monday\- Friday, 5:00 am to 1:00 pm****(Paid Time off, Holiday and Health Insurance)** **SUMMARY** Supervises and coordinates daily kitchen production activities to ensure meals are prepared, packaged, and distributed according to established production schedules. Oversees kitchen staff and workflow throughout production, monitors productivity and food safety compliance, and ensures all operational deadlines are met.
