The Financial Controller provides strategic and operational leadership for the firm’s financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, internal controls, and regulatory compliance. This position is responsible for building and leading a high\-performing finance team, establishing clear expectations, driving accountability, and delivering results that support the firm’s business objectives.
