**PURPOSE** Baker Group is seeking a detail\-oriented and proactive Human Resources and Safety Coordinator to support both HR and Safety operations at our Cedar Rapids location. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees, helping to deliver seamless onboarding, training, compliance, benefits support and safety administration. This position plays an essential role in maintaining a positive workplace culture while ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting workforce development, and strengthening company\-wide safety initiatives.
