**Position Overview** We are seeking a motivated and results\-driven **Territory Sales Representative** to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and managing sales of diesel and electric air compressors, generators, forklifts, and related equipment and consumables for the abrasive blasting and painting industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the equipment rental and sales market, excellent relationship\-building skills, and a passion for helping customers find the right solutions for their operational needs. **Heavy weekly travel within the territory of Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina** with choice of company vehicle or vehicle allowance. **Key Responsibilities** **Sales Development:** * Drive rentals and sales of diesel and electric air compressors, generators, forklifts, and abrasive blasting/painting equipment and consumables. * Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory. * Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers by providing exceptional service and tailored solutions. **Customer Relationship Management:** * Build strong, lasting relationships with contractors, indu...
