Valtronics Solutions, Inc. operates a fabrication and welding shop in Ravenswood, WV. We are seeking a full time materials coordinator to assist with materials receiving and handling, materials inspection, blueprint review, inventory tracking, and job costing for a range of services that include meter tube and piping fabrication, equipment and instrumentation design and installation. Duties include, but are not limited to: * Analyzing requirement documents, blueprints and project plans to gain a thorough understanding of the project * Verifying the quantity and quality of incoming deliveries * Inspecting materials to ensure accurate materials and paperwork are received * Project tracking to meet project ordering and production milestones * Labeling every product and placing them accordingly * Keeping a well\-maintained and updated account of stock and inventory * Preparing material estimates and cost estimates for the product or service * Creating labor estimates for any project * Conveying purchasing requirements and keeping data on the availability of products in short supply * Managing bids from vendors and contractors * Compiling and recording actual costs **Qualifications** * ...
