Under the direction of the CMHE Medical Director, this position provides high\-level research coordination, data management, and project execution support for clinical research studies. **Minimum Qualifications** **Minimum Education:** Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university, or relevant experience in lieu of education.**Minimum Experience:** At least 2\-3 years of research experience in a clinical, public health, or academic setting. Prior experience with IRB submissions, research compliance, and participant recruitment preferred.**Skills and Certifications:** Proficient in REDCap and Excel. Strong knowledge of research regulations, study design, and clinical workflows. Excellent writing, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills. General knowledge of research fields.
