*Food Truck General Manager* **About the Role** Flores Food Group operates a permanent food service location inside Ford Motor Company's Cleveland Engine Plant, serving plant employees hot, made\-to\-order food and barista\-crafted coffee drinks. Our ideal candidate is a positive, energetic individual with strong leadership skills. Management experience is a must for this position. The General Manager is responsible for managing the entire operation and upholding the company's quality of service and standards.
