**Job Overview** Souza Construction has an immediate opening for a Project Manager / Estimator. This is a full\-time, on\-site position located in San Luis Obispo, CA. The role involves managing all aspects of heavy civil construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, ensuring project compliance and execution. Key responsibilities include coordinating with field operations, subcontractors and clients, prepare and price change orders, job cost tracking, submittals and billings.
