**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:** The Senior Corporate Accountant is a key member of the accounting team, responsible for overseeing complex financial processes and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data. The Senior Corporate Accountant will act as a mentor to junior team members and assist the Corporate Controller in driving efficiency and compliance across the organization. **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Assist with the training and onboarding of the corporate accountant. * Prepare monthly and quarterly corporate financial statements. * Manage and review account reconciliations and transactions to ensure accuracy. * Perform reconciliation of intercompany transactions. * Conduct in\-depth financial analysis to support corporate department budgeting and forecasting. * Record expense allocations and chargebacks across various departments and communities, ensuring accurate cost distribution and recovery. * Reconcile medical self\-insured plans, tracking claims against amounts deducted from employee wages, and ensuring accuracy in reporting. * Review fixed assets, focusing on new acquisitions such as vehicles and equipment, to ensure proper recording and compliance with acco...
