### **Overview \& Cultural Alignment** **The Mission:** The Software Engineer supports the BankSocial mission (*Empowering communities and the institutions that support them to transact through shared financial innovation)* by building and maintaining the secure, reliable software that lets credit unions, community financial institutions, and their members transact on BankSocial's platform. **The Impact:** As part of the Engineering team, the Software Engineer turns product and departmental goals into working software across the stack.
