\\About the Role We are hiring a **Business Finance Manager** to work directly with business owners, helping them navigate and secure working capital for their companies. This is a **fast\-paced, high\-volume, phone\-driven position** that requires both strong communication skills and excellent organization. You will be responsible for generating new opportunities through outbound calling while also managing and following up with the pipeline of clients you build. **This position requires approximately 250 outbound calls per day.** You must be comfortable spending a large portion of your day on the phone while still staying organized, tracking client communication, and keeping active opportunities moving forward.
