**Description** **House Supervisor RN \- Nursing Administration at Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center. This posting represents a per\-diem, variable shift opening. You will be scheduled 4 shifts per month depending on availability.** The Hospital Supervisor is accountable for the provision of quality nursing services and coordination of the inter\-professional team in a hospital for a defined shift. With a consistent focus on patient and family centered care and high reliability principles, the Supervisor promotes evidence\-based practice within a context of constant change in patient volume and acuity, and available resources. The Hospital Supervisor serves as the primary leader in ensuring effective and efficient patient flow in the Hospital. S/he builds collaborative relationships with others Health System, and uses timely and effective verbal and written communication approaches. S/he constructively leads through organizational change.
