This is a hands\-on leadership role \- part sales leader, part operator, part P\&L owner \- built for someone who leads from the front, not from behind a desk. Successful Sales Managers and Managing Partners earn $200K\+ annually. Most of the roofs we replace are funded through the homeowner's insurance claim after storm damage. Our teams canvass storm\-affected neighborhoods door\-to\-door, inspect for damage, and guide homeowners through the claims process from start to finish. As GM, you own the outcomes that make a location profitable \- sales results, team performance, and customer collections. You don't need prior roofing experience to succeed here.
