**Pay:** $90,000\.00 \- $120,000\.00 per year **Job description:** **Senior Communications Specialist** Constellation is seeking a Senior Communications Specialist who will assist in developing, updating, and publishing program/organizational materials, designing and distributing them for internal and external audiences. The Specialist will assist in maintaining the program and organizational websites so they remain compelling and current, developing communication plans and managing internal program/organizational communications, supporting media relation efforts including development and distribution of story ideas, press releases and media interviews. **Key Responsibilities:*** Provide expertise and guidance on leading strategic communications efforts for the client, identifying stakeholders, avenues, and methods for communications, and analyzing communications gaps, along with benchmarking of other federal agency portfolios. * Develop and implement the annual Strategic Communications plan to include tracking activities. * Create in partnership with subject matter experts to include senior leadership, regular and recurring messaging and materials for employees and external partne...
