The AGM is responsible for the successful operation of our hotel in a culture of outstanding service. The AGM is expected to meet or exceed objectives for revenue and profit, guest satisfaction, and quality standards. The AGM will supervise all areas of the hotel in a culture of superior service and product. The AGM will lead a team by example for optimum performance and guest satisfaction. A successful candidate MUST have at least one year, preferably longer, of hotel management experience. Salary is negotiable DOE.
