**POSITION SUMMARY** Estimate, plan, direct, or coordinate activities concerned with petroleum construction projects. Oversee and participate in scheduling, budgeting, and implementation of projects. Survey potential worksites and collaborate with contractors, vendors, and labor agencies. Provide a comprehensive cost analysis for potential clients. Every estimate needs to address all relevant governmental regulations.
