**Description:** **Who We Are** We are a licensed C\-10 electrical contractor based in Sacramento, serving commercial and multifamily across Northern California. We're a growing, owner\-led company, and we're looking for an experienced accounting professional to take full ownership of our financial operations and business administration. **The Role** This is a hands\-on, full\-charge position reporting directly to the owner. You'll run accounting, payroll, payments, lien compliance, insurance, and benefits from start to finish. If you know construction accounting, like owning your work, and want a role where you make a visible difference, we'd like to hear from you. **What You'll Do** **Accounting** * Manage full\-cycle accounting in Sage: AP, AR, general ledger, and month\-end close * Maintain accurate job costing and prepare monthly WIP schedules * Prepare progress billings (AIA or similar) and track retention * Reconcile bank and credit card accounts monthly * Prepare monthly financial statements and review them with the owner * Strengthen cash management, reconciliation, and internal controls * Support upgrades to accounting software and systems * Coordinate with our outside CP...
