**GRADE LEVEL: Exempt 06** **JOB SUMMARY** The Materials Supervisor directs warehouse personnel and manages inventories to provide parts and materials as needed to support safe and efficient nuclear power plant operation and maintenance, in compliance with quality assurance requirements. **JOB REQUIREMENTS** **Education** * High School diploma required Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field preferred * **Experience** * At least five years of nuclear power plant experience required * Working knowledge of Supply Chain policies, procedures, practices, and quality assurance requirement highly desired; plant operations, planning and maintenance practices preferred * Thorough knowledge of Maximo Supply Chain and Work Management processes, Microsoft Office, and Oracle preferred Excellent communication skills * **Knowledge and Skills** * This team member must have leadership skills to improve efficiencies, enhance standard processes and increase the value of the sites as an asset to the Southern Company and its stockholders * Maintain a thorough, demonstrated commitment to personal integrity and ethical business operations * Hold self and others accountable for outstanding result...
