**What to Expect** As a Construction Project Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and executing construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with the design team, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful completion of projects on time, within budget, and according to specifications. Your technical expertise, organizational skills, and ability to effectively communicate will be key in coordinating and facilitating various aspects of the construction process. **What You'll Do*** Track site execution and inspections to ensure work is performed according to safety guidelines and quality standards. Ensure adherence of contractors’ Quality Control standards and support internal Quality Assurance/Commissioning for turnover of MEP systems * Expedite solutions to design clashes while coordinating with design team for best path forward. Must be able to field verify existing conditions against Contract Documents and bring up, or address, foreseeable issues * Monitor project costs and expenses, comparing actuals against the budget while also Identifying cost\-saving opportunities.
