Candidates must be willing and able to work at any assigned LACCD college or site location and make site visits as project needs require. **Position Description:** * Provide technical and administrative support for the Program Management Office (PMO) Construction Department and the District Facilities, Planning, and Development (FPD) department, exclusively on Bond\-funded projects. * Track and follow up on RFIs and submittals with the owner, design team, and construction team as required during the design, pre\-bid, and construction phases. * Perform internal reviews of Change Orders (CO), Field Orders (FO), and other contractual documents for Districtwide design/construction projects. * Coordinate with PMO staff and District FPD on the review and processing of Change Orders for all active construct...
