**About the Role** As a Digital Associate Director, you will lead, develop, and scale a high\-performing digital marketing team while owning the strategic direction, execution quality, and growth of our paid media and broader digital marketing practice. You will partner with senior cross\-functional stakeholders, act as a trusted client advisor, and drive measurable business impact. You will be responsible for campaign excellence across channels, shaping processes, supporting resourcing and sales efforts, and aligning regional and global media strategies.
