3Sync Research is seeking a dependable, organized, and patient\-focused Medical Assistant / Clinical Research Coordinator to support our Long Beach research office. This position combines hands\-on patient care with the coordination of clinical research visits, working closely with investigators and the research team. **Candidates must hold an active California phlebotomy certification and be comfortable performing blood draws.** Occasional travel to our Los Angeles office is required to support study visits and office needs. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate and assist with clinical research visits according to study protocols and investigator instructions. * Perform blood draws and prepare, process, label, and ship laboratory specimens according to study requirements. * Obtain vital signs, collect medical history information, and perform ECGs and other assessments within training and authorized scope. * Assist with participant recruitment, prescreening, scheduling, reminders, and follow\-up. * Maintain accurate and timely source documentation, study records, and electronic data entry. * Assist with regulatory files, study supplies, laboratory kits, and exam room preparation. * Co...
