**About the Role** Do you thrive on creating safe, accountable, and high\-performing jobsite environments where safety is embedded into every aspect of execution? We’re looking for an experienced Site Safety Manager to lead safety initiatives across active construction projects and mission\-critical environments. In this role, you’ll take ownership of site safety programs and field compliance activities while partnering closely with Project Managers, Foremen, field leadership, and crews to ensure all work is executed safely and in compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and regulatory expectations. You’ll play a critical role in identifying risk before incidents occur, developing proactive safety solutions, and helping foster a culture where safety becomes part of how work gets done every day.
