**Job Description:** **Position Summary** The Site \& Service Manager is responsible for overall growth, performance, and strategic direction of the company’s rental and repair operations across multiple locations. This role provides leadership and oversight for the department, to ensure long term operational efficiency, scalability, and organizational effectiveness. Working collaboratively with department leadership and cross\-functional teams, the position assesses operational processes, staffing structures, and business opportunities to support continued growth and improvement.
