**About Our Company** AllOne Mobile Healthcare is a mobile physical and occupational therapy service provider for adults, middle\-aged, or senior citizens in Phoenix, Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Sun City, West Valley of Arizona, and the Surrounding Communities. **Job Responsibilities** This is **NOT a typical corporate PTA job**— you will have autonomy, ability to be creative with your treatment plans, as well as treat patients with a variety of conditions and functional levels. Must enjoy working with adults and seniors, and be familiar with neurological and orthopedic conditions such as stroke and Parkinson’s Disease. If you are passionate about providing excellent patient care in the home and community setting and fostering your entrepreneurial spirit, we are looking for YOU!! This position is **PRN offering 10\+ visits per week**, through collaborative efforts we will work to build a caseload up to 20**\+ visits**.
