As a Population Health Strategy \& Operations Senior Manager, you will focus on the operational effectiveness of our Population Health programs. The ideal candidate balances long\-term strategic thinking with deep operational expertise and is motivated by execution. Think of this role as the key operating partner for our Population Health businesses \- you will lead team meetings, drive focus around key priorities, track daily and weekly metrics of business performance, and drop in deep across the team on key initiatives. You will turn messy, cross\-functional work into actionable plans, leverage AI to drive team efficiency (including, and especially, ours!), and conduct deep\-dive operational assessments to identify and implement efficiency drivers.
