**Description** =============== **Job Summary:** The QA Testing Analyst Lead role for the IT Commercial Technology group, will be responsible for manual testing and act as project test lead for multiple projects. This includes planning and coordinating the testing as well as creating and executing test strategy documents for projects impacting systems in the Commercial Operations areas. This role requires experience in Extraction, Transform, Load Testing (ETL). Incumbent will be responsible for multiple, concurrent testing efforts as needed. Coordination with project resources is critical (test analysts, project managers and business SME's will be key). **Responsibilities:** * Lead QA efforts for data ingestion, ETL pipelines, and data warehouse transformations across staging, integration, and Snowflake environments. * Perform manual ETL testing, validating source\-to\-target mappings, transformation logic, lineage, reconciliation, and system balancing controls to ensure data completeness and integrity. * Execute SQL\-based data validation for large datasets and high‑volume batch processes; analyze and troubleshoot data issues and source\-to\-target mismatches. * Coordinate UAT act...
