Bookkeeper Location: Miami, FL \| Fully On\-Site We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager / Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage a portfolio of clients and oversee their bookkeeping from day\-to\-day accounting through month\-end and year\-end close. Responsibilities Manage client relationships and serve as the primary accounting contact. Review and correct bookkeeping completed by internal/external teams. Handle full\-cycle bookkeeping, including reconciliations, journal entries, AP/AR, payroll, loans, and fixed assets. Prepare and review financial statements and ensure books are tax\-ready. Work with the tax team and clients to resolve accounting questions. Coordinate bookkeeping staff and ensure deadlines are met. Qualifications Experience managing multiple bookkeeping clients, preferably in a CPA, bookkeeping, or outsourced accounting environment. Strong full\-charge bookkeeping experience. Advanced proficiency in both QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop. Strong understanding of reconciliations, journal entries, payroll, AP/AR, and balance sheet accounts.
