Description

DUTIES: * Coordinate and perform testing and analysis on products and components in support of product launch, continuous improvement and quality assurance activities. If plant based, support design engineering in development of new products. * Responsible for overall project management for all phases of product launch activities and mass production. Involves interfacing with other company disciplines, customers and suppliers. Including, but not limited to, purchasing of equipment, sample/production delivery schedules, budget management, PPAP, quality and continuous improvement activities. * Ensure all assigned resources (personnel, equipment, etc.) are integrated and dedicated to achieving planned objectives. Resolves relevant issues and problems as required. • Represent Company in outside discussions with customers, suppliers, and technical forums through completion of the project. • Design and develop fixtures and equipment for product and component testing and some production support. * Perform limited CAD duties to support other departments * Report program status on a weekly basis to management * Follow company safety and health guidelines and other company policies • 4S • Mi...
