**Summary:** The Construction Manager manages projects to ensure that activities are carried out in accordance with the company’s safety plan, quality standards, established specifications, schedules, and budgets; coordinates site functions to minimize delays; meets with Operations Manager on a regular basis to review project status and plan future actions. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** include the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Develops a cost\-effective plan and schedule for completion of projects following a logical pattern for utilization of resources and ensures that activities are conducted in accordance with the scope of work requirements. * Interfaces with customers on schedules, meetings, and problems. Keeps the customer informed of the project status. * Coordinates work of subcontractors working on various phases of the project.
