Description: Operations Manager will oversee and manage entire production for a 10\-acre greenhouse located at our McAdoo, PA facility. Key priority is ensuring that products are produced consistently and efficiently to specified quality and operational standards to be shipped to customers on time and in full. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage \~100\-person team to deliver the highest quality product at the lowest possible cost of production. * Identify and address key operating challenges to continuously improve the operations. * Coordinates with maintenance, sanitation, and other personnel as needed to achieve desired operational performance * Accountable for production cost, labor utilization, waste, line efficiencies, raw material usages. * Ensure that standard operating procedures and GMPs are implemented and adhered to consistently. * Keep accurate and up\-to\-date records (i.e., time sheets, downtime records, absentee records, etc.). * Enforces all company policies in a fair and consistent manner. * Produce and report daily/weekly KPIs to illustrate business trends * Willingness to be on\-call and respond to emergency situations as needed.
