**Job Purpose:** In this position, you uphold design standards to ensure clients are getting the highest quality design and construction documents possible. **Principle Accountabilities:** * Collaborate with design consultants to provide a thoroughly coordinated solution * Provide onsite verification of existing systems and conditions * Size equipment \& systems to maximize energy efficiency and construction value * Demonstrate ownership of design standards, system design, and construction documents * Utilize systems including REVIT and CAD to prepare drawings and layouts * Ensure conformance to specifications * Troubleshoot, evaluate, and recommend solutions * Address problems and challenges with urgency; collaborate with team Nexus as needed * Coordinate project design schedules, budgets, and scope * Support development of overall design plan * Collaborate with construction managers to review project as the design develops * Support project managers in identifying potential change orders by tracking project scope **Required Qualifications** * Associates degree or equivalent experience in HVAC or Mechanical Design * A minimum of 3 years’ experience in mechanical design, HVAC desig...
