Description: The Project Manager plays a critical leadership role in the successful execution of Haverkamp Construction’s multifamily developments, overseeing projects from preconstruction through final turnover and warranty completion. Reporting to the Director of Construction, this position is responsible for driving project performance, monitoring key metrics, and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with company quality standards. As an integral member of the Construction Team, the Project Manager provides leadership and oversight across all phases of construction, coordinating internal teams, trade partners, and project stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes. The role also serves as an ongoing resource to the Property Management Team, supporting the resolution of construction\-related issues following project turnover. Success in this position requires a strong technical foundation in construction management, exceptional organizational and leadership skills, and the ability to establish clear expectations, drive accountability, and execute through consistent, process\-driven practices.
