***Are you looking for an opportunity to make a difference in the Department of Developmental Services?*** The State of Connecticut, Department of Developmental Services (DDS), has a Curriculum Manager vacancy, in Central Office, Educational Support \& Staff Development Division, located in Wallingford, CT. This position will oversee the development of and execution of training programs under the Educational Support \& Staff Development Division. The position will direct and oversee training staff in the research, development of curriculum and implementation of trainings programs for DDS employees as well as Private Provider employees to meet the requirements of the HCBS Waivers, Department of Public Health and the Center for Medicare Services; conduct needs analyses; negotiate and oversee training contracts including the identification and development of training software and databases; preparing statistical evaluation summaries, feasibility study reports, program projections and other reports as needed. **POSITION HIGHLIGHTS** * **LOCATION:** Central Office, Educational Support \& Staff Development Division (Wallingford / Hartford) * **SCHEDULE:** Full time (40 hours/week), first...
