Lead and supervise production operations to ensure efficient manufacturing of company products while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence. This role requires a hands\-on leader who can drive continuous improvement, develop team members, and deliver results in a fast\-paced manufacturing environment. **Second Shift:** This is a second shift position. Start time will vary according to operational demands.
