**Job Overview** **Pay: $18\.00 per hour \+ Performance\-Based Incentives** We’re looking for a strong, dependable Service Manager who knows how to take ownership, solve problems, and keep things moving. This is not a position for someone who needs to be constantly managed. We need someone who can **run the service side of the dealership**, communicate with customers and contractors, stay on top of open jobs, and make sure things get DONE. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, hands\-on, and enjoys solving problems without needing constant direction. Experience in manufactured housing is a plus, but we’re also interested in candidates with strong experience in construction, home building, warranty/service management, property maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar trades. **Duties** * Manage service and warranty work from start to finish * Schedule and coordinate contractors, vendors, technicians, and repairs * Communicate with customers regarding service issues and timelines * Inspect homes and determine what repairs or service are needed * Order and track parts and materials * Follow up on open work orders until they are completed * Work with manu...
