**Logistics Coordinator / Shipping \& Receiving** **Lake Orion, MI \| Onsite** We're hiring a Logistics Coordinator for a leading industrial automation manufacturer in Lake Orion. You'll be the go to person for incoming and outgoing material on site, keeping shipments accurate, the build team stocked, and freight moving on schedule. **What You'll Do** * Verify incoming shipments against supplier paperwork, packing lists, and purchase orders, and resolve discrepancies with the purchasing team * Schedule pickups and deliveries for LTL freight and small parcel shipments (FedEx/UPS) * Follow customer shipping guidelines, including routing and packaging instructions * Bring the build team and engineers in on quality control reviews of incoming shipments * Communicate shipment status, tracking, exceptions, insurance, and claim details to internal teams, carriers, and vendors * Route and file purchasing, receiving, and accounting paperwork accurately * Process problem invoices and handle returns, including logging and tracking root cause codes * Organize material storage areas and deliver materials to job shelves to support line side stocking * Stage skids and bulk material at point of us...
